I am sorry, I never got to Dr. Siegel whose Mindsight I have enjoyed and whose other works are well reviewed. Jack Kornfield is well respected within his circle but covers his introduction to the Mindfulness message with so much political, religious, and otherwise opinionated thinking that I could not get past the first twenty minutes.
I was referred to her work in the early 1990s during a continuing catastrophic illness in our family. Much of the work has evolved beyond this presentation. In my humble opinion, there was a transparent sell out to the populist enthusiasm.
She should not have narrated her work. I could only listen to the work at a speed of 1.25 to 1.50. 1.25 sounded normal. 1.00 was irritatingly slow and otherworldly affected.
This was not a developed work but a speech with 45% of the content repeated. Should not have been released.
Borsyenko has good content has good content.
Not focused. Nothing like Neil Fiore's work or Sonja Lyubormirsky's work.
It was OK
Does not carry the title theseus past the first chapter if then.
No practicle application. Somewhat entertaining recitation of Reader Digest versions of historical research.
Not much beyond the packaging.
I think it is eligible for refund.
