It helped me to calm down the anxiety that waited for me every night causing me not to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. Hearing Iyanla's story touched the very deep parts of my own spirit. I could identify with the things that she went through in her life. I chucked up my own crybaby ways and weathered my storm
Iyanla's voice is so calming. I loved her style of "story-telling"
I enjoyed her entire performance of everyone that touched her life (positively or negatively)
Absolutely, I did not want to turn it off. I would set the time for 45 miinutes before getting in the bed, then .another 45 minutes until I just let it lull me to sleep.
Yes, I need to refresh every now and again about relationships status'
