Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I believe I bought this book on sale ... good value if I did. Hopefully I didn't use a "good" credit on this one. The book was mildly entertaining - wish I had the recipes in writing as I would love to try a couple. An easy book to listen to.

The historic hotel in Boonsboro has endured war and peace, the changing of hands, and even rumored hauntings. Now it’s getting a major face-lift from the Montgomery brothers and their eccentric mother. As the architect in the family, Beckett’s social life consists mostly of talking shop over pizza and beer. But there’s another project he’s got his eye on: the girl he’s been waiting to kiss since he was sixteen.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Haven't read anything by Nora Roberts, so was hoping to really enjoy this book. It was okay - that's about it. Love her J. D. Robb books though. Probably the last "Nora Roberts" book I will purchase for a long while.
