It doesn't seem likely for twins to have the same middle name. Even so, it's clear that Castor and Pollux Stone both have "Trouble" written in that spot on their birth certificates. Of course, anyone who's met their grandmother Hazel would know that they came by it honestly.

    Overall

Heinlein is one of the all time greats, and Rolling Stones is one of his best for young adults. The story is easy to follow with plenty of interesting characters, and it is pure scifi. What more could you ask for? If you liked The Kingdoms and the Elves of the Reaches or other Heinlein or books with many characters you are going to like this. Fun read!

While in Paris on business, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon receives an urgent late-night phone call. The elderly curator of the Louvre has been murdered inside the museum, a baffling cipher found near the body. As Langdon and gifted French cryptologist, Sophie Neveu, sort through the bizarre riddle, they are stunned to discover a trail of clues hidden in the works of Da Vinci, clues visible for all to see and yet ingeniously disguised by the painter.

I just finished this book for a second time and I still love it. True, the plot has some problems, and the ending is somewhat disappointing, but everything else is fantastic. The background research about the Holy Grail was fascinating, so interesting. I would recommend this book to anyone with the possible exception of very devout individuals.

With The Pieces of the Puzzle, Robert Stanek masterfully creates an intelligent thriller that weaves the excitement and intrigue of a sophisticated mystery with the fascinating secret world of international espionage. The leader of a special operations unit returns home after a mission gone terribly wrong to find himself a wanted man.

I've had such good experiences with this author's other books I got this one as soon as I saw it. I loved it. Great combination of mystery, intrigue, action and the search for truth (it's not what you think). I ended up checking up quite a bit of the background info on phones/pda and hidden codes/puzzles (as provided in the book), and found to my surprise that many of the concepts and ideas could have some element of truth to them.

You just can't put this down. If you like puzzles, this has so many to sink your teeth into. I never saw the next twist coming until I was already blown away.

"Best thing that's happened to Audio in YEARS!"
    Overall

After the very first story, I was hooked. OUTSTANDING book. Great writing, great stories. Truly worthy of high praise. If this book doesn't recieve an Emmy or an Audie (preferably both), it will only reaffirm my belief that the people in charge of running those awards things suck moose balls.

Not a single weak story; this is one of those story collections that is good from start to finish. There's a scene with Ev from Silence is Golden that brought goosebumps up and down my skin. Not because it was scary but because it was so real, so dead on. I mention this because it's the hardest I've focussed on anything in years. One of many gold moments.

    "Excellent Series!"
    Overall

The Kingdoms and the Elves of the Reaches is one of the most underrated series out there; you don't hear much buzz about it, but you should! If you haven't had the privilege of reading/listening before, start with the first one and keep going until you get to this one. What a wonderful series with a wonderful and well rounded cast of characters. It captures your attention and keeps you focused till the end.

This was easily one of the best audiobooks I've ever listened to. Of the four books in the series, this third one and the fourth were my favorites. Robert Stanek did a wonderful job of immersing you in the fantastic world of the characters. It was a wonderful listen. The narrator was also very pleasant to listen to.

This book was terrific! I am looking forward to hearing it again soon. If you enjoy fantasy, mystery, adventure, and/or any combination of these, this book is a must. The book has many memorable parts, even more so than the first book. It was a very entertaining and interesting book.

The narrator was good. The quality of the production was very good and it was easy to listen to and follow the story. I have recommended this series to numerous people already. Our whole family, my wife included, loved it.

After the Great War that divided the peoples, the kingdoms of men plunged into a Dark Age that lasted 500 years. To heal the lands and restore the light, the great kings decreed that magic and all that is magical, be it creature, man, or device, shall be cleansed to dust. The cleansing raged for so long that no human could recall a time without it and it is in this time that the Dark Lord Sathar returned from the dark beyond.

Just a fantastic listen overall. Our whole family got into the books, even my wife who normally doesn't like fantasy listened with us. I can't say enough good things. We've listened once to the entire series and are now going to do it again. Buy this book (and the rest); you won't be disappointed.
