This was the best story in the trilogy so far! There was good momentum which led to a great experience. The narration was the absolute best- I felt like I got to hear Will's true voice for the first time. A wonderful experience and definitely worth checking out!
I have loved audio stories since I was a small child. Ehle is an expressive actor and her voice was a great match to the setting and the mix of characters.
I would recommend Clockwork Angel to others. It is a great escape, with enough mix of fantasy and human interactions that you feel free from your own life but still relate to the people and the story.
I liked the moment where Will's control completely slips. Those moments happen so infrequently in life that there is something very personal about it. It was that moment, along with the questions to be answered and fondness of the characters that made me want to hear more. Tessa and Will don't have the same ache of connection despite separation that is established with Clary and Jace in TMI (especially City of Ashes and City of Glass), but they have an intensity that reflect the depth of emotion and connection that Clare can convey to her readers.
