    Q says: "A great "what-if" apolcalyptic exploration"
"It's interesting but long and skips a lot of time"
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No. It was interesting, but it was long and spanned a great many years, which meant skipping a lot of time. It was hard to get to know some of the characters for that reason.

If you’ve listened to books by Stephen Baxter before, how does this one compare?

    I haven't.

    Which scene was your favorite?

Grace got rescued, although you didn't really see that scene.

Could you see Flood being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

    Any additional comments?

It was good but not great.

  • Pandemonium

    • UNABRIDGED (10 hrs and 37 mins)
    • By Lauren Oliver
    • Narrated By Sarah Drew
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

I’m pushing aside the memory of my nightmare, pushing aside thoughts of Alex, pushing aside thoughts of Hana and my old school, push, push, push, like Raven taught me to do. The old life is dead. But the old Lena is dead too. I buried her.I left her beyond a fence, behind a wall of smoke and flame. Lauren Oliver delivers an electrifying follow-up to her acclaimed New York Times bests eller, Delirium. This riveting, brilliant novel crackles with the fire of fierce defiance, forbidden romance, and the sparks of a revolution about to ignite.

Emily - Audible says: "Remarkably Mature for YA"
    "Even better than book 1"
What did you like about this audiobook?

It never stopped, and it was even better than the first book. It was just captivating.

How has the book increased your interest in the subject matter?

Does the author present information in a way that is interesting and insightful, and if so, how does he achieve this?

What did you find wrong about the narrator's performance?

Do you have any additional comments?

Did I mention that it's better than the first one? I just loved it. I highly recommend this series. The first book was a little more young adult-ish. This one is for all ages and captivating for anyone who can read.

Hunting Ground ranks up among the best books I've listened to.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Anna! She's strong and sweet and a

What about Holter Graham’s performance did you like?

I like it when the performance disappears and the story lays itself out, and that's just what this reader did.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Oh, yeah! But it's too long for that. Still, I would have if I'd had the time!

    Any additional comments?
