Since you are on audible, so you love books but don't have time to read. May be also you have little time to listen to audio books, but listening to executive summaries will give you the idea, fair and square. You might loose a lot of the content along the way, but at least you would get to the point in 20 minutes for each book.
More over, I loved having different narrator for each book, it kept me well awake and listening all the way.
This was my first listen for this monthly production, and definitely worth the 4 credits. I especially likes the summary for "The Fifth Discipline". At least now I can tell if that book is worth of my credit or not, and when exactly would it fit in my reading plan.
My daughter just loves the movie, I had to take her to a "wizard of Oz" Play, not she loves to hear the book and mimic Anne Hathaway's narration...
The December edition provided only 4 articles. That's a very narrow selection from the print edition. Yet, those 4 articles have an excellent content, as good as always expected from HBR.
The narration was not good. I was confused several times because of it, especially of having no pauses between ending one article and starting another.
very simply put:
the book's 8 chapters were mostly out of interest. It started with couple of chapters that are usefull and general about how sports benefits the brain for a normal person, then it moved to stress and that was it. Most of the book after that discusses exercise and sports and their use for treating several disorders like attention, depression, anxiety, etc... It even discusses its impact on women for menapose.
Than lastly it wraps up with some do-it tips and plan. Overall nice book, but you might not be interested to know how to treat disorders.

What I hated most was that the chapter marks in the audio book was not proper (Chapter 3 starts in the middle of chapter 3, and so on)
