When Kellan’s band gains stardom, Kiera and Kellan’s relationship is put to the ultimate test. Can their love for each other withstand the constant pressure of superstardom? The friendships they’ve formed, the new family they’ve found, and the history they’ve forged will all play a part in helping them navigate the turbulent waters of the band’s exploding popularity. A greedy executive hell-bent on success, a declining pop star looking for an edge, and a media circus that twists lies into truths are just some of the obstacles the lovers will have to overcome if they are going to remain together.

What other book might you compare Reckless to and why?

Love Unscripted and Love Unrehearsed. They both have similar plots where the male main character is in show business and the heroine is a regular joe who is trying to fit into his crazy life.

Did Rebekkah Ross do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

She tried but her voice is somewhat monotonous.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The ending made me cry out of happiness that they finally got their happily ever after but also out of sadness because the story is over and I'll miss reading about Keelan and Kiera.

It's too late to change plans, so the road trip is on. Courtney's heartbroken, but figures she can tough it out for a few days. But in a strange twist, Jordan still cares. There's a thing or two he's not telling Courtney....

I was bored to death! The characters annoyed me to no end. Portrayal of teenagers was a bit overdone. The ending was abrupt.

This was a waste of my time and credit. It was an awful story that in my opinion centered mostly around aunt Doodie. The romance was severely lacking! The narration of Aunt Doodie was utterly annoying making an already crappy story even crappier! Don't waste your credit on this one!

This was an okay story. I think a male narrator should have narrated the male characters however, Natalie did do a good job conveying the feelings and emotions of all the characters.

If you could sum up Accidentally on Purpose in three words, what would they be?

    Emotional, Angsty, Rollercoaster!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely! I just could not put this down. I lost plenty sleep but it was worth it!

    Any additional comments?

I loved this book! To sum it up, Emmy runs into her dick of a boss, Kyle, at a bar and hook up. And that is where the fun begins! Kyle and Emmy pursue a relationship but Kyle already has a serious girlfriend and can't break up with her. Emmy gets fed up after a while and tries to move on with another hot guy at her office, Luke. He's had the hots for Emmy for a very, very, long time. Emmy loves both men and despite the circumstances she tries to balance both guys for a while and this takes a toll on her. There were some hilarious moments as well as gut wrenching moments. If you love roller coasters, you will love this book!

I'm sorry folks but I just could not finish listening to this book. What I've read so far is totally depressing. I thought this was supposed to be a love story. It's more like a hate story to me. The content included racial slurs, rape scenes, swearing, animal abuse, profanity. There really needed to be lighter and positive moments to balance out the dark and depressing. I just could not take any more mistrust and misery. The narrator did an exceptional job too bad the story itself was awful.

Low broke Cage’s heart by getting with Marcus in Because of Low. Cage went into a tailspin that ended in a DUI. In order to salvage his baseball scholarship - the one thing he truly valued besides Low - Cage must take a summer job. At a farm. Away from Sea Breeze. With lots of cows, but no hot girls. Maybe that’s what Cage needs to get back on track. But wait - there’s that hostile daughter of the farm boss. She’s pretty and occasionally sweet, and there seems to be a lot of sadness and mystery behind her anger.

My favorite scene was from the epilogue where Eva is writing Josh a goodbye letter. It brought me to tears!

Overall, this was just an ok listen. I felt Cage was portrayed differently than he was in Because of Low. He seemed to be closer and more caring towards Low in that book than he was with Eva. Once again, Kirby Heyborne did a fabulous job conveying the characters feelings. I adore his voice and Southern accent.

Playboy Cage owns the apartment, and he hosts a revolving door of people, in and out, at all times. Most of them are long-legged hot girls who are never there more than a night or two. When Cage’s new roommate, Marcus, enters the picture, he’s just looking to nurse a broken heart. But there’s one particular semi-frequent regular who catches his eye. Willow - 'Low' - is the one Cage wants to marry. But the two of them are night and day, and Marcus can’t see how Low puts up with all of Cage’s womanizing.

The narrators did a fabulous job narrating this story. I love Kirby's accent but they both did a wonderful job bringing the story to life. I was immediately captivated by Marcus and Low was just such a sweetheart it was hard not to like her. And Cage... Despite his manwhore ways...he really did love Low and was a great friend to Her. I wished I had a friend like him in my life! Great story!

Jack and Lexi never had a typical relationship. After two years without speaking, she receives a phone call that changes everything. He unexpectedly asks her to convince the new girl, Bekah, that he's ready to commit. Jack is calling now after everything they had been through because there is another woman. She can't believe it. Follow Lexi in this heart wrenching drama as she relives her past relationship, or lack thereof, with Jack, and not just in her own mind, but to his fiancée-to-be. Throw in Bekah's hot brother who always seems to be in the right place at the right time, a past with more secrets to unravel than you can even imagine, and you get a recipe for disaster.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character in this story was Chyna. Love her loyalty to her best friend Lexi. Despite all the idiotic, stupid things that Lexi does with Jack, Chyna is right there with her to pick up the broken pieces.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book totally pissed me off, in a good way. Wow, talk about an intense relationship. Geez, I was exhausted by the time I was done with this book. Let's just say that I overused plenty of expletives while reading this book. My god...I really hate Jack! Stupid moron! But Lexi, well she lets him walk all over her! Poor thing, the things people do for love. Overall, this was a very enjoyable book even though it did send my blood pressure thru the roof!
