This is a classic that I find easy to enjoy. I personally think that, for me, to get to most out of this particular book, I need to maybe read rather than listen to it. The reason is that the stories get quite tangled and have a lot of intricate detail that I don't catch as much if I am listening while doing other things. Either way, I recommend it!

This book made me laugh frequently! Even though not every bit will apply to every person's life (white or otherwise), there is enough to relate or at least recognize in people around us. Very light and a ton of fun to "read"! It gives you fun tid-bits to bring up during party conversations :)

I enjoyed listening to this book. I would lump it in as a classic along the ranks of Brave New World and 1984. It is a fascinating extrapolation of what would happen to drive, ambition, and innovation if there is too much artificial control imposed by the government. I think it's important to remember that this is fiction and it should not be taken in extremes or as a lesson that all government intervention should be eliminated.

I absolutely LOVED listening to this "book". It was incredibly touching and real. I hope that there is a continuation of some type that I can listen to.
