"An informative and captivating story"
The novel weaves itself and characters together so well. The narrarator has a great voice and helps you attach to the characters.
It's a unique book as was the first in the series: Fall of Giants.
He performed Fall of Giants and he does an excellent job with both!!
Karla's experiences with the Red Army are heroic and all very moving. It helps you remember that there are always good people working behind the scenes.
It was fascinating to think about the events around and during WWII from so many "countries/ people's" perspectives. A great novel!
"This book gets back to the fun of the series!"
Trapped is a quick, fun listen. It's a good light book!
Oberon is my favorite character because of the humor he brings.
Oberon! I love the voice he puts to him.
I didn't want to stop listening! I would take longer walks just to keep listening to it!
"John Lee does an amazing job of narrarating again!"
The story is intriguing and the characters draw you in.
There are many memorable moments, but I think Phillip at the end when he brings the mob together and finally defeats his enemies is a great moment and really gives a picture to what brings about a martyr in society.
John Lee always does an amazing job and this performance was just as great!
I would have loved to, but it is far too long, which is a good thing!
Ken Follett is an amazing story teller and John Lee does a great job of reading his books! I can't wait to listen to World Without End.
"Exciting and Interesting Series"
Exciting, Interesting, Well Written
Kvolthe- He is a good main character. He is also not perfect and admits his flaws. He is still a good hero even with the flaws, which is what you find of people in reality.
Denna is my least favorite. I find her stupid and childish and really mean.
