"More a justification for Star Trek 5 than Memories"
Shatner in his typical way moves quickly through all the movies except the dreadful #5, helping us understand why it really shouldn't have been the bomb it was. Overall the stories, though extremely brief were nice and it is always enjoyable to learn a bit more about the cast.
"Very interesting"
This book focuses on the interactions between the Presidents. It only used history as a narrative to give depth to the reasons why past Presidents work with current ones. I am in my 30's and found it very interesting to see how much Eisenhower helped Kennedy. How involved Reagan was in national politics before he became President in the 80's. The stories were extremely interesting to history buffs. I actually wish that they had spent more time on the Clinton/Bush II years and less on Nixon, but overall it was a very interesting read.
"Frequent Listener to Baldacci - One of his best"
I really enjoy listening to Baldacci's book They are fun, keep me guessing and at the same time do not require the brainpower of say a Tom Clancy novel. I like stories that move. This is my favorite. The characters were not overdeveloped and the story moved fast. I enjoyed this new character and look forward to further novels about him. I highly recommend!
"Great Book - Better Series - Awful Narration"
I simply could not finish this audio book. I have listened to all the rest and enjoyed the series immensely. Ken Kilban however made Irene sound like a school girl and Mitch her boppin' boyfriend. IT WAS AWFUL!!! Please rerecord this book with George Guidall. He is an amazing narrator and capture both the personality and essence of ALL the characters.
Bottom line - Go to your local library and read this one!
