    Read/listen to the first two novels first, otherwise you'll be lost or at least miss half of what is going on. Simon Vance is perfection, accents and voice cadences are wonderful and you always know who is speaking. The story is a little much, but so what? Great fun and you will not be able to put it down [turn it off?]
