    I've had this book for a few years now, since I was considering breaking up with my last ex. I found it okay back then, but this time, after being dumped by my latest boyfriend I found it to be my best companion for the first few days. Listen at your worst moments and it's likely to make you feel more at ease and help you realize/confirm that you're better off without that person in your life. I even listened at night when I had a hard time sleeping. I definitely recommend this to those hurting after a breakup.

Rather, she gives listeners the percentages of ppl who, given their responses for the questions, were happy leaving (or unhappy staying).

    This isn't for those who are looking for someone to give them the answer. But it is for those are willing to put their emotional energy into rethinking their relationships and making practical decisions that will either end them or revive them.

    This is exactly what I was looking for, something challenging that I can follow easily. You have to know the names of the postures and have some experience with flow. Perfect for intermediate level students.

    If I only I could figure out how to keep the ipod chord from getting caught under me from chataranga to up dog!

    When I bought this audiobook I was looking for a yoga practice oriented toward strengthening my muscles. I wanted something challenging. There is more rest and meditation than movement in this one.

    I gave it a 3 because it is good for anyone who is looking for a beginning guided yoga practice. The title and summary, however, are a bit misleading.

    This is a great listen. From the interesting character descriptions given from the main character's perspective down to the nitty gritty of a mother's thoughts about career, family, and the outfits that used to fit 15 pounds ago. Julia is a refreshing and empowering voice for working women, full time homemakers, and those that juggle all of that and more. Some of the dialogue gets repetitious and (rarely but it happens) dull, which slows down the pace a bit more than I'd like. But for the most part I really enjoyed this one.
