I would highly recommend this book. I only picked it on a whim. I had a short 1.5 hour trip to take and by the time I got to my destination - I did not want to turn this off. It was chalked full of research and examples of how our Habits impact our lives. I was able to take away some life changing information. I actually bought the book after listening to the whole audio so that I could reference back to it. Very enjoyable!
