The narrators voice is so insufferable, I couldn't bear to listen for very long, and giving yourself a reward after achieving a mini diet success after four days is nigh on impossible for two reasons. When the idea of dieting and reward is constantly on your mind, it is very hard to achieve; and the ensuing rewards are going to seriously cut into your finances, as well as quickly running out of reward ideas and inevitably going full circle to thinking too much about food again, as a cheap reward.
Better to try and fill your day with interesting things so you don't even think about food in the first place. Food is fuel, and an occasional indulgence. it requires a new mind set.
The four day win perpetuates the yo-yo-ing which is the ulimate downfall of all diets.
