This is one of the most intriguing books I have ever listened to. Would the good Doctor do as the Mafia Bosses wanted to save his own life, or commit the unspeakable act of murder. The pressure must have been unbelievable. I'm not sure what I would have done. In the end the Doctor does what was a SHOCK to me!!! A GREAT LISTEN...DO NOT PASS ON RON FELBER'S GREAT WORK OF NON-FICTION. If it was me, I would have saved myself. Maybe the Doctor did. Listen and find out. The ending was SHOCKING!

Only one thing to say...In my opinion MIDDLESEX By Jeffrey Eugendes is the best book I have ever listened to. This is one author that actually experienced everything that he wrote. One can never imagine what Mr. Eugendes went through as a child and an adult. DO NOT MISS THIS WORK OF NON-FICTION!!!

I couldn't turn off my IPOD. 28 hours is a long listen, however, it was well worth my time. Fascinating...I lived through the Vietnam war. I can understand why this tradgedy happened. WELL WORTH THE LISTEN. Word of Honor was one of the best books on Audible I have ever listened to.

No doubt most people have read about the Andrea Yates Story...about a young woman that killed her five children. Suzanne O'Mally wrote an excellent book on this very tragic true crime event.

I know part of the Andrea Yates tragedy had to do with the system failing to realize how sick she really was. After reading this very telling tale about Andrea, I couldn't help feeling sorry for her. I know the crime was horrible. I also feel her husband recognized the signs and did all he was able to do. This tragedy should fall not only on Andrea, but the Doctors that treated her, and the hospital's inability to recognize how dangerous she would become. Why is it always after terrible event people blame the criminal?

There were so many variables involved in this crime. Andrea does not belong in prison...She should be in a hospital setting. My feeling is one day in the not so distant future Andrea should be released after her childbearing years.

My only fear about the book "I'll Be Watching You", by William Phelps was I might have been fired from my job if any person saw me listening to it while working.

Between Phelps and his reader J. Charles, it was impossible for me to be disappointed. The characters are real. There will be times while listening, you will also have problems taking off your headset.

Ned is a SERIAL KILLER. As I listened to this fantastic Audio Book, my imagination went wild. I actually felt as if I was looking through a window experiencing the entire story.

For me, regardless of any negative reviews from others, "I'll Be Watching You" ranks in my top five True Crime Books I have ever read.

Great...If after listening to this book you still believe the Marilyn Monroe died at her own hand DON'T!!! If what Donald H. Wolfe said is correct, Ms. Monroe was MURDERED!!! We will never know for sure because of all the cover-ups during the period of my growing up. I love this short but informative book on Marilyn Monroe. I never have been a big fan of hers; however, it did not matter to me. WHAT A WONDERFUL LISTEN...INTRIGUE...MURDER...AND CAPTIVATING. The price is right as well. Give THE LAST DAYS OF MARILYN MONROE a listen...You won't be sorry.

There is not much to say. Every penny I spent was worth it. I literally stopped my life for two days listening to the real life story of Howard Hughes.

I felt as if the authors place me in the mind of the most incredible, corruptible, business tycoon to ever be born on this earth. There will never...and I use the word NEVER...because of all the autobiographies I have read, be another Howard Hughes. If the last ten years of his life were not so sad, I would have laughed until I cried.

If ever you find yourself disappointed in our great country listen to the book "EASY COMPANY SOLDIER". UNABRIDGED) It is the most heartwarming true story I have ever listened to. After completing the listen, I realize how lucky I am to be an American. I also realized how much our soldiers gave and continue to give to our great nation without expecting anything in return.

It is a story about the sadness of war, and how one person survived it. The book describes in detail the horrors he experienced. There is no movie that could come close to Don Malarkey's experiences. If I could give this listen more than five stars, I would rate it over a thousand stars for its honesty. I'm sure I will listen to it again and again.

EASY COMPANY SOLDIER IS BRILLIANT.

Here is another of my "FIVE STAR READ"! My credo is to only review great reads! If I can't review a book with a 5 STAR rating, I will not say anything. That way you can take what I say to the bank. So much has been said about Kristan as the Killer Nurse. The story got front page headlines throughout the world. For Good Reason...This is one of the most interesting and books I have ever listened to. EVERY WORD IS TRUE. Yes, I do my research as well. Usually I am not a fan of true crime (Female Serial Killers) However, this is so unique and strange, I know any person that enjoys listening to true stories about people that do bad things, you won't be sorry with William Phelps' PERFECT POISON! From her lovers to her life sentence or was it the Death Sentence...You will have to read it to find out. Throughout all of my reviews, I try to rate my best reads or audio listens. This is number 2 in my top 10 list of TRUE CRIMES. It was very close to being number 1. The price is right and the story is unbelievable. Look up female serial killers and read only a small portion of the case. DO NOT SPOIL THE STORY BY READING ALL THE INFORMATION about a nurse that probably killed over 400 people during the time she worked at a Veterans's Hospital. Although, she was only found guilty on five or six very sick men, this unlikely looking murderer probably killed many many more. The book is so well written, your imagination will run wild.

GET THIS READ...YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!
