I have enjoyed all of the books in this series but found this one just l little under par of the rest. Sill enjoyable but not as much hotness and spice. I really did enjoy Spencer and his perfect hunkiness and adored Arizona's unbelieving naive nature. Jim Frangione narration was perfection as always. Sad to have the series end and wish there were more books to come.

Lieutenant Scott Dillon isn't an overly complicated man - he has a rebel military operation to command and alien enemies to battle. But he also must cohabitate with humans in the middle of his unit's temporary home in remote Wyoming- humans who suddenly interest him on a much more personal level than ever before. Well, one human has enticed him, to be more precise: a female FBI linguist who not only speaks his native language, but managed to save his life in one of the worst fire fights he ever experienced - despite also being blind. That she's beautiful and alluringly sensual only arouses his interest even more.

Parallel Seduction is the third installment in Deidre Knight's Awesome Parallel series. This series is filled with heart-pounding action, plot twists, passion and great steamy romance. I was totally hooked from the first book in this series and have already downloaded the 4th installment "Parallel Desire" and can't wait to get listening... You really need to listen to this series in order as most of the characters progress and are included in every book as the entire story grows... :)

I love Sarah's writing style, she defiantly has the ability to draw you into the story and hold you there till the very end... :)

Jake and Amanda make for a steamy read. Jake is an alpha male 100% and makes his girl come undone (and not just in the bedroom) Sarah’s writing flows so beautifully that you are disappointed when the book is over. The suspense in this story had me on the edge of my seat. I kept waiting for the next problem to arise and destroy the budding relationship...

We get all the previous secondary characters from book one entwined into this story and i adored how they are so fun loving and fierce in their love for family/friends. I loved Penny and hope for her happy ending... Yummy Ray, what can I say about him other than I need his happy ending as well. I even liked Drake. I cannot wait to read the next book and find out who are the main characters and what kind of trouble they can get into.... Hurry please bring on the next....:)

Purple-haired, sharp-tongued Reese MacKay knows all about making the wrong choice; she's made plenty of them in her twenty-odd-years. The book begins with us getting Reese 's back story that doesn't ally have a lot to do with the main story line. Then we see her meet Ben in Cancun, after this embarrassing encounter she thinks to never see Ben again. Until she finds out he's working for her stepfather. Now these two start to become semi friends under strange circumstances that may lead to more if they can overcome their issues...

This book was okay. I liked it but no where as much as previous books. I so loved them... I felt this one got rather boring times... I just really didn't care for Reese, there was just something about her that rubbed me the wrong way. As the last story in the series I wish we had gotten to see a little more of the characters from previous books.. Not a book i would listen to again sadly...

Sadly I found this book very predicable and i didn't like the abrupt ending with not even a little closure. I was also hoping for more time travel involvement... The heroine's husband verbally abused her for years and undermined her confidence in herself. He controlled her life and she was never treated as a loved and respected wife but as a convenience for his needs and dark moods in and out of the bedroom. Looking to escape, she is sent back to the past and is found on the laird's doorstep. They both have secrets and he doesn't know if he should trust her but they can't deny the attraction and sense of rightness they feel with one another...

This wasn't a book i would re-listen to and won't be continuing with the series. Narration was great...

I was soooo excited when I saw this book on Audible. I loved the introduction to the Sins Brothers through the first book which was Shane and Josie’s story so I was chomping at the bit to see what would happen next with Matt’s story. I thought I adored Shane, but I think I’m going to have to revise that opinion and just say that all these brothers are a lethal, honorable and Supper Hot class act... And in case you were wondering, these really do need to be read in order because there is a central plot line running through this series even if the main characters change up. These are those delicious twisty-bendy Romantic Suspense type books with Hot and Sexy love Scenes so fair warning you might not want to continue if you don’t want some spoilage for book one.

This story opens with Matt and Nate back in the field. Nate is still hunting down clues to finding Jory and Matt is following the trail to the doctor who worked in the lab that inserted those kill chips in their backs that are set to detonate in six weeks if they don’t get them removed. Shane has worked through the possibilities in the small town he’s trailed her to and narrows it down to a possibility of three women who are all blond and all in some sort of medical role. He entered town on his bike wounded from the last encounter with their pursuers and looking for a place to hole up in the middle of a rain storm...

Laney knows she shouldn't soften her heart toward the wounded man seeking shelter and a job, but he’s a lonely ex-marine and needs help. Matt Dean scares her with the lethal vibes he gives off, but he also attracts her. It’s the attraction that wins the day. She tries the bossy tough gal routine with him, but at the end of the day she still needs his brand of help since the bouncer/assistant bartender for her bar quit just before the biker rally.... Laney has secrets and she has finally found a town where she could stay for a while and put down a few roots, but she has to be so careful. She’s well aware that Matt is a drifter and he only promised the temporary, but now with a mysterious stalker after her who may have already committed murder, it’s nice to have someone taking care of her.

Matt knows full well that he shouldn't get involved with the vivacious sassy little bar owner because he has a job to do and he is all wrong for any woman, but he can’t help being drawn in by Laney. She’s exactly the sort of woman he finds appealing and she makes him want things that he can never have. As he checks the suspects for the doctor off his list narrowing them down one by one, he finds himself prime suspect for the local murder and he still has to keep Laney safe. Meanwhile, he knows the clock is ticking on he and his brothers’ lives..

I Can't wait for the third book, BLIND FAITH, and will be buying it as soon as Audible release it... :)

For those of you who are new to the Parallel Series, you will have no trouble jumping into this addictive story... This book is the second in the series, but can also read like a stand alone book to a new reader... For me, I loved the way most characters from the first book are much included in this story...For those of you who are following the series, things are going to heat up... I find this series very additive, seductive, hot sex, action packed and a very captivating listen full of love and lust...

The books show how an alien race (the Refarians) are protecting earth from an evil alien race (the Antousians). The Antousians are out to destroy earth. The Refarians are attempting to activate the mitres, which is an ancient weapon hidden underground by Mirror Lake in Wyoming. This weapon can open portals in time and when activated, we see the parallel time streams running in parallel worlds. Thea and Marco are the key to keeping earth going. Since they are both empaths, they quickly understand the other timeline and realize how evil they were in that timeline. Thea and Marco are fighting their attraction for each other. Both are worried about the evil selves they have seen in the time streams. Can they overcome the feelings they have for each other and come together - or will they have to love each other from afar...

With Joel Richards magnificent voice changing skills this book came brilliantly to life... I find his voice Sexy but soothing and could listen to it all day.. This is Fantasy/Romance at it's very best and i have already grabbed books 3-4... Ya :)

Growing up in a small Northern Arizona town, Faith Cloudfoot's life was spent playing in the forests surrounding her house under the protective eyes of her father, and learning about the legends of her Native American heritage. Rayner has a special ability, one that weighs on him like a curse. He can see spirits trapped in between life and their final resting place. Because he can't do much to help them, he studiously ignores them.

I just loved the first book in this series (The Light Within Me) so was excited to listen to this book. I can't finished it as the narrator is so bad. Very disappointing. :(

Rayner is no Noah from book 1, but still manages to hold is own. Faith is Native American with flaming red hair. She is on her own in the big city until a Colonist strikes and Rayner sees Faith in her spirit form. I have to commend the author on Rayner and Faith’s unique relationship within the first half of the book. As their chemistry progressed Rayner fights his attraction and feelings because of his SR44 form, and Faith is frustrated with the wall he has built. The author teases the reader with their ongoing intimacy as that is one of the reasons Rayner battles to keep his SR44 form...

I'll be honest with you - I'm no hero. Sure, the media tries to brand every Navy SEAL as some kind of Batman dressed in cammies. There's even a line in one of our cadences: "Superman is the man of steel, he ain't no match for Navy SEAL." You've seen the movies - we're indestructible, invincible. But that night, the one you read about in the papers…all I really wanted to do was get laid.

When I read the synopsis for this book my first thoughts were “Oh wow”. This book was going to be raw, intriguing, and quite possibly very emotional. It was all that - and more... From the first pages you are drawn into a world of Navy Seals. When you think about a Seal you think hero, strength, commitment, honor... The hero in this story doesn't start out as a hero... Patrick is out looking for a little pleasure and he’s willing to go to a brothel to get it. When he gets there he gets the surprise of a lifetime after he chooses “Star” out of a lineup. After business is finished she say's “My name is Annie Hamilton. I'm an American citizen. I was kidnapped from a cruise ship five years ago. You're my last hope. Please save me.”

I loved this story, it fulfills all your need and the narration was great... Hope book 2 is out soon !! :)

Finding a mate is the farthest thing from alien warrior Jared Bennett's mind. After years of exile on Earth, the king is close to developing a weapon that will alter the fabric of time and hopefully bring peace to his own people. But a chance encounter with scientist Kelsey Wells ignites a scorching desire far more consuming than talks of rebellion. To Kelsey, Jared's heritage is exotic and alarming - nothing like the logical, scientific facts of her own world. But despite her fears, she can't deny the heated response of her body every time the magnetic leader comes near.

Wow, this new would is out-standing and so intriguing... I couldn't stop listening and with Joel Richards narration - well he just opened the entire book right up... Kesley is a alpha type character but she would have to be to match up with alien king Jared. Their first meeting is so sweet when they are younger but one of Jared's people steals it away from them. So when time and space brings them back together this time older they now have a better chance but it would seem that love had it's way and they were not to be kept apart after all...

Deidre Knight takes you along on a drama filled adventure where love heats up between the two that where they are from is not a barrier. She accepts him for who he is and he loves her even more for that. That is the great thing about love is sees to the core of things. Interesting happenings go on danger and intrigue filled that has you on the edge sometimes gripping the novel. Rivalry also a factor in here because she is not the only one who loves him and she finds she is also loved by another. Not a hum drum read for sure and that is the joy of this one. You keep going along in this though regardless of what is happening only wanting one thing for sure ~~ that love is the winning factor here and that they will beat all odds and be together for their lifetime.. This is a excellent beginning to a wonderful series and after this book you just have to know what happens next... I'm rushing of to download the next book "Parallel Heat"... :)

Better When He's Bad is a very addictive love story. Full of all life's badness with a bright shinning light at the end of that tunnel... There are so many elements to this book, the POINT, the car, the underground crime and fighting, death, carnage, sex, love of family, and love of two total opposites - this book was thrilling to me.... I had so many emotions reading this book. At one point I was crying, begging what I thought was going to happen not to happen. Jay Crownover has snared me into her world and i double i will every be leaving it now ! Also - the Lady has some awesome Ink... she's Awesome all round !!! :)
