Susan Ericksen, the narrator, is amazing. And I love listening to all of the new situations Nora Roberts comes up. Fun, too.
This book was totally unrealistic and boring...and the narrator talked so slow, I thought I would scream before it ended!
I was disappointed, expecting a story more about twins and their psychic abilities and the consequences. Instead it is more about the relationship between two sisters, their differences and similarities, somewhat interesting but not exciting.
This book screams of plagiarism...beautiful young girl (with issues) meets gorgeous young billionaire heartthrob (with issues) who needs to control, in a whirlwind one-week but together forever romance, 4-6 orgasms a day. Fifty Shades much better, great humor and much more depth in the story.
The J. D. Robb "in Death" series is superb, well worth listening to over and over again (as I and my friends have found). Susan Ericksen, the narrator, is excellent; the best I've ever heard as a wizard of many voices. In this series, you get to know all the characters and love them and enjoy their adventures (and humor).
I don't appreciate the 1/2 books, the ones 1/2 the usual size - they seem short, abrupt, crammed.
This "in Death" series is really enjoyable, a fun read with the strong female detective, Lt. Eve Dallas. All the stories are interesting and the continuing saga just fun!
Seemed like just one voice. Although nice, I missed the distinctive Peabody and McNab voices.
Like this series of books, but sometimes the erotica takes over and it feels like a Romance Novel. Plus it's always 2058, regardless of how many months go by.
Yes, enjoy the series. It's fun.
She sounds like Eve.
