Is there anything you would change about this book?

I don't think this is really my type of book. It was hard to follow at times and the subject was one that does not really interest me. I listen to books on my commute to work each day and now have someone riding with me. This was her book selection - we will complete the series. Maybe the next book will be better.

Would you recommend I Am Not a Serial Killer to your friends? Why or why not?

No - not my type of book

What does John Allen Nelson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He brings the character to the book - the voice and freakiness of the character. Job well done

Do you think I Am Not a Serial Killer needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

    Yes to explain the demons

Where does Caveat Emptor rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is one of the top book I have listened to. Simon makes each person seem so real

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Not all of the time - but I did enjoy listening and sometime would sit in my car to hear more of the audio before I came into the house from work or I would drive slower so I could listen to more.

Have you listened to any of Simon Vance’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes - I look for audios that he has performed. I totally enjoy listing to his voice and the way he changes character.

Separated from her family and forced to grow up in the leper colony of Kalaupapa, Rachel experiences intense isolation. But she remains strong, finding moments of joy, and even love.
