Han Solo should be basking in his moment of glory. After all, the cocky smuggler and captain of the Millennium Falcon just played a key role in the daring raid that destroyed the Death Star and landed the first serious blow to the Empire in its war against the Rebel Alliance. But after losing the reward his heroics earned him, Han's got nothing to celebrate. Especially since he's deep in debt to the ruthless crime lord Jabba the Hutt. There's a bounty on Han's head - and if he can't cough up the credits, he'll surely pay with his hide. The only thing that can save him is a king's ransom. Or maybe a gangster's fortune?

This book was really great and I was sad to reach the ending, as great as it was. The beginning was somewhat slow and it was a little difficult to keep all the characters straight at first but they eventually settled into place. The narrator and sound effects where excellent and I don't think a book of this sort could get much better than this one!

The definitive, personal account of the deadliest season in the history of Everest by the acclaimed journalist and author of Into the Wild. Read by the author. Also, hear a Fresh Air interview with Krakauer conducted shortly after his ordeal.

This book was great! The author really captures the danger and emotion in his first hand narrative of the tragic events on Mt. Everest in 1996. The book was short, fast and right to the point and takes you quickly into the action.

In 1991, acting on a tip from a local fisherman, two scuba divers discovered a sunken German U-boat, complete with its crew of 60 men, not too far off the New Jersey coast. The divers, realizing the momentousness of their discovery, began probing the mystery. Over the next six years, they became expert and well-traveled researchers, taught themselves German, hunted for clues in Germany, and constructed theories corrective of the history books, all in an effort to identify this sunken U-boat and its crew.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a great story and I think the author did a great job of bringing the story to life. The narrator was perhaps the best part of the book. His voice was just perfect for the rough old captain of the Seeker, Bill Nagle, and his tone changed perfectly for the other characters.I highly recommend this to people who enjoy adventure stories because this book has no shortage of it. Great Book!

During his wanderings and work over the last 30 years as a Buddhist monk, Ajahn Brahm has gathered many poignant, funny and profound stories. While traditional Buddhist philosophy is at the heart of this collection, these thoughtful stories are written like playful parables, which are used to launch into a deeper exploration of subjects such as mindfulness, suffering, forgiveness, hope, wisdom, and unconditional love.

If you could sum up Opening the Door of Your Heart in three words, what would they be?

A great learning experience. I felt that the author was able to convey his thoughts and feelings very well an was able to connect to the reader in a very wonderful teaching.

What did you like best about this story?

The stories were great teaching tools and helped me to look inside my own heart.

I really enjoyed his performance. I felt like I was listening to the author.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would if I could. It really was a great book.
