This was the best Audiobook I have listened to yet.
I have thoroughly enjoyed Baldacci's previous books with Sean and Michelle, but this one has me very confused. Over the first 4 books the title characters became more connected and seemed to be a couple, but in The Sixth Man they are almost like strangers. The chemistry in the previous novels is non-existent. Cassidy's narration is also a bit annoying. There is an odd "southern" accent to her Michelle character, but I never got the impression that Michelle was from the South.
I was not sure if I would enjoy this one because I am used to a another narrator with Connelly's "Bosch" books This is another great story by Connelly, if not a little predictable. I enjoyed another book based on Micky Haller. Although there was a lot of court room talk I was never bored and looked forward to learning more. If there was one thing I didn't like about the book was that Bosch (one of my favorite characters of all the books I've read) was limited to a very small part of the story.
