"I love Oberon"
I have greatly enjoyed this series. It has other beings like werewolves, and vampires oh my. It has a quirky sense of humor that had me literally laughing out loud as I drove.
I absolutely love the apprentice. (can't spell her name because I've only heard it, not read it). However, Oberon has to be my favorite. I love how he has grown as a character, with a much greater vocabulary.
The voices! I know who is speaking by his portrayal.
"Best one so far."
I loved the descriptions of the characters. I felt like I was there. The loyalty shown is touching.
"Love these books!"
I bought the first book in the series on sale. And then went and bought the other three. Now the 5th book is out and it's in my shopping cart! Lots of adventure, magic and such. Great stories.
"I love Fern Michaels, but this was not my favorite"
Yes. I have many books by Fern Michaels and will continue to read them and more written by her.
Is it over?
"Far better than Twilight"
I "accidentally" bought this book for my daughter when it first came out because she was a Twilight fan. She refused to read it, so I did. I loved it! Now that the movie is about to come out, I wanted to re-read it, but my sit down time is limited. I do drive a lot, though, so I got the audio version. I was not disappointed. Good performance. Good listen. Great story. Highly recommend it. Nothing like Twilight. Plenty of action, great plot.
No. Too long. But I did it over 4 days while driving or cleaning my house.
"I love Catherine Coulter!"
Definitely recommend. The character development is so much richer in a series of books. And Coulter is a master.
Yes.
I love how the plots weave together and come together in the end.
"Dream men"
I enjoyed the voice, the story, and I've loved Nora Roberts for decades!
I don't think so, but I'd love to.
"They just get better and better!"
I have thouroughly enjoyed these books. I bought the first one on sale and then had to have the rest. There is a fifth book in the series. Now I need to know when it will be available.
The character development is wonderful. I love the dog's voice. I have always spoken to my dogs and get answers from them, so it works for me.
Everything.
Sometimes I laughed and sometimes I shed a tear. Which makes it a perfect book for me.
I want the fifth volume ASAP please!
"Love my scifi"
I love a book with Duids, Vampires, Werewolves and such. Well written. Well performed. Hooked on some Kevin Hearne and his stories. Just bought the whole series.
I love how the ancient one uses modern colloquialisms. It works for me.
His fairly deadpan performance is perfect. It wouldn't work for me if he read in a more dramatic, high energy way. It just is what it is.
Yes. I was driving, so I almost accomplished that.
"Perfect get-away-from-it-all read."
I didn't read the print version so I can't compare.
I don't think there is one, but more the interaction between Kevin and Haley.
I've heard her work before and enjoy it. She portrays 'quirky' very well.
I was aware of how sometimes even the smallest of decisions can impact a life in a big way. I could also understand just how Kevin felt in the bar...cranky at what was happening in the bar.
