Yes, it was a fun listen that I really enjoyed.
The narration was mostly good. The lady has a nice voice that I enjoyed. For the main character, though, she'd sound a wee bit "valley girl" to me at times. But all in all she was quite pleasant to listen to.
Worth a credit for those who enjoy a romantic love story with likeable characters. I was bummed when it ended.
The narrators are fantastic.
It's a good story. Disturbing, but good. You want to know what happened that night, and it's very satisfying once all is revealed.
The scene where Libby goes to see Trey in the present was the best, it felt very intense to me.
Yes! I had to stop with one hour left so I could go to bed, and I finished it as soon as possible the next day.
This writer is my new favorite. This book has a lot of layers to it. It's complicated, a whodunit with family issues, not too lovable characters, and disturbing imagery. Glad I took the risk and tried it after reading "Gone Girl". Next is "Sharp Objects". Highly recommend! Definitely worth a credit.
Sarah Coomes, probably not.
In this book, her Scottish accent sounds more like she's constantly asking a question when she's actually making a statement. Like she's a Scottish valley girl, it's very annoying. She has a pleasant voice, though.
I haven't been able to finish the first part yet. The story is okay so far but I can't get past the narration.
No, it wasn't that exciting but it was a nice listen.
Overall, it was worth the listen.
I loved the attraction between the two main characters. I related to it.
Maybe Running Wild by Linda Howard. Loved that one too.
She was just fine. Pleasant voice.
It was fun, it appealed to my sense of romance.
Fun, romantic, worthwhile
All of them were good. She's a great narrator.
It made me laugh out loud sometimes, the humor really comes through. I enjoyed all of the characters.
The love story is great, I enjoyed it.
She's very pleasant to listen to.
Nothing extreme, no. Easy listen.
worth the credit!
I don't like it, it's boring. I have enjoyed other Stephanie Laurens books far better.
Yes, because other ones were better.
He's okay. Not my favorite narrator, but I won't pass on a book if he's the narrator either.
