"Excellent Advice"
While I think that often Brian Tracy's advice targets people in the business field, it is no less relevant to anyone else. His advice is essentially, "how to be successful in life through not procrastinating." Then he gives you advice on how to stop procrastinating and how that will help you be successful in life. I think that this approach is superior than other books that simply tell you how to stop procrastinating, but don't emphasize how stopping procrastination will positively affect your life.
All in all, a great read.
"The Power is within me."
After reading this book, I have been going around the house feeling like a jedi knight, repeating the mantra, "The power is within me" to my boyfriend, who rolls his eyes only because he doesn't know the secrets of the universe that I now know.
It's his loss, and your loss too, if you don't listen to these tapes. They may not unlock the secrets of the universe, but they will unlock motivation, dreams, and goals that you didn't even know you possessed.
Hail to the Robbins!
"Tony Robbins is a master"
This is an excellent listen. Tony Robbins is not only a motivational speaker, but he is also a psychologist that helps you attain the mindset of a highly successful person. While listening to these tapes, I felt like I had a secret insight into the many luminaries of our society--Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, among others--and what kind of thought processes and stamina they possessed in order to acheive all that they have.
I feel that I can become a highly successful person now too, with some practice. The only limitations that exist are those that I set for myself.
