Five years after the Death Star was destroyed and Darth Vader and the Emperor were defeated, the galaxy is struggling to heal the wounds of war, Princess Leia and Han Solo are married and expecting twins, and Luke Skywalker has become the first in a long-awaited line of new Jedi Knights. If you could sum up Star Wars: Heir to the Empire (20th Anniversary Edition) in three words, what would they be?

    Exceeds Phantom Menace

    Any additional comments?

I can't commend Marc Thompson enough for his narration work on this title. This book begins what is arguably the best series of Star Wars books to date. What are you waiting for? Listen to it now!

  • World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War

The Zombie War came unthinkably close to eradicating humanity. Max Brooks, driven by the urgency of preserving the acid-etched first-hand experiences of the survivors from those apocalyptic years, traveled across the United States of America and throughout the world, from decimated cities that once teemed with upwards of 30 million souls, to the most remote and inhospitable areas of the planet.

Would you try another book from Max Brooks and/or the narrators?

There was an A-list cast of narrators for this title, but the book itself seemed disjointed to the point that it was hard to get into the book.

Was World War Z worth the listening time?

It was a good rainy-day title, but it was not what I expected.
