"This seemed unfinished"
There seemed to be a whole lot of waffling to begin with. The goal section was so short that it was very disappointing. It was only about goal setting and I felt that it needed to go a little further.
"Very much along her normal lines"
This was quite good, the only reason I marked it down was because of Louise's sing-song way of talking on this one - this can get annoying.
"Well worth the fee"
Quite a good CD - not too complicated but you do need to have pen and paper to hand. Some very good ideas overall.
"Not too bad"
If you have read a lot of self-hhelp books, this won't be anything new to you.
"Another winner"
This is a little older material but it is still great - nicely presented and easy to listen to. I will have to listen to it more than once.
"Good CD"
The negative reviews here are a little unfair - I found the CD to be amusing at times and, yes, it is stuff we have heard before but I still enjoyed the presentation.
"Very relaxing"
Very relaxing - I have a chronic spasm in my shoulder and found that this started helping from the minute I started using it
"Don't waste your time"
I am a big fan of Louise Hay and so chose this "meditation" CD over one of Wayne Dyers. I wish I hadn't. It is a complete waste of money. First off, it is not a meditation at all - Louise merely goes on and on about gratitude, etc. (I stopped listening when she started on about blessing the stove with love. As for the background piano music - what possessed them to inflict that on us? Very disappointing
"Sound quality quite bad"
The sound quality is so bad in places that I took the cd out - even though I downloaded as an MP3, there were a lot of knocks and echoes. I would say that it is because it was a live radio broadcast but it was really off-putting
