Stephanie Nielson began sharing her life in 2005 on nieniedialogues.com, drawing readers in with her warmth and candor. She quickly attracted a loyal following that was captivated by the upbeat mother happily raising her young children, madly in love with her husband, Christian (Mr. Nielson to her readers), and filled with gratitude for her blessed life.

Chad says: "This book is incredible!"
"We all find a piece of ourselves in this story."

What did you love best about Heaven Is Here?

I loved how Stephanie picked up the broken pieces of her life and with the help of God and family patched it back together again.

What about Stephanie Nielson’s performance did you like?

Her voice was so clear and tender as she relived her life and the accident. It could have only been done with her own voice and passion.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Most defiantly!!!!

    Any additional comments?

I bought this book for my daughters who are mothers. It's a beautiful example of how a mother will do anything for the sake of her children.

The Good House tells the story of Hildy Good, who lives in a small town on Boston's North Shore. Hildy is a successful real-estate broker, good neighbor, mother, and grandmother. She's also a raging alcoholic. Hildy's family held an intervention for her about a year before this story takes place - "if they invite you over for dinner, and it’s not a major holiday," she advises "run for your life" - and now she feels lonely and unjustly persecuted. She has also fooled herself into thinking that moderation is the key.

Rhonda Morrison says: "What a great book, Hildy is a great character!"
"I haven't enjoyed a book like this in a long time!"

No one ever came to claim him, and he has only a few, fragmented memories of his parents. A definitive, deeply moving narrative, Bonhoeffer is a story of moral courage in the face of the monstrous evil that was Nazism. After discovering the fire of true faith in a Harlem church, Bonhoeffer returned to Germany and became one of the first to speak out against Hitler. As a double agent, he joined the plot to assassinate the Führer and was hanged in Flossenbürg concentration camp at age thirty-nine. Since his death, Bonhoeffer has grown to be one of the most fascinating, complex figures of the twentieth century.

That’s the flummoxed state of Edward Stanton, a 42-year-old with Asperger’s syndrome. His job, his therapist, and his best friends are all gone. Even his nightly ritual of watching Dragnet reruns has short-circuited. But a call from his friend Donna in Idaho, telling him that her son Kyle is in trouble, launches Edward from his rigidly scheduled existence in Billings, Montana, to the open road. He and Kyle, a sweet little boy turned sullen adolescent, debate football, music, and bodily functions (“Why do you pee so much?” Kyle asks).

This is the story of mankind clawing for survival, of mankind on the edge. The world outside has grown unkind, the view of it limited, talk of it forbidden. But there are always those who hope, who dream. These are the dangerous people, the residents who infect others with their optimism. Their punishment is simple. They are given the very thing they profess to want: They are allowed outside.

Miller says: "Good Story, Should have READ it"

What three words best describe Minnie Goode’s voice?

Could you see Wool Omnibus Edition (Wool 1 - 5) being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

This would make a great movie!

    Any additional comments?

Some people have a narrow mind when it comes to seeing the world. This book shows how we could be missing the entire point of our existence!

Hig survived the flu that killed everyone he knows. His wife is gone, his friends are dead, he lives in the hangar of a small abandoned airport with his dog, his only neighbor a gun-toting misanthrope. In his 1956 Cessna, Hig flies the perimeter of the airfield or sneaks off to the mountains to fish and to pretend that things are the way they used to be. But when a random transmission somehow beams through his radio, the voice ignites a hope deep inside him that a better life exists beyond the airport.

    Have not. Will though

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Enjoy today, because tomorrow you may want it all back.
