This was an amazing audiobook. I just finished it and I already feel empty without it. The narrators were wonderful... and in my opinion made the book even better. I couldn't stop listening to the details about Second World War, it really hooked me in the plot.
I made a tremendous effort to continue to listen until the end. For me it was a waste of time and credit, it’s not the kind of book that I like. I bought because the good reviews, but I thought very boring, monotonous and without great emotions.
This book pulled me in from the very beginning. I really loved this book. I had it on my wishlist for quite awhile before buying it and I am so glad I did. The narrator in this book is wonderful... and in my opinion made the book even better.
Very light. A good book to listen to when you have finished a more intense book. I kept listening waiting for the reveal that was obvious very early in the story.
Fantastic! I was really hooked in the plot. I couldn't wait to be able to listen more and found myself annoyed when life got in the way. I found myself wanting to know what happens next the whole way through the book including right up to the very end. Overall, a great book and a moving story. Until this book, I hadn’t the opportunity to listen to any book from Ms. Picoult. Now, I want to read all of them!
I really enjoyed this book, it helped me to believe that is possible to balance work, motherhood and marriage. Moreover, the greatest teaching was the issue of potential to learn instead of previously experience.
I liked so much this book! I am looking foward to listen to the others of the trilogy!
