Although I liked this book, I would not listen to this book again because I did not like how the the child's voice was narrated.
The memorable moments of this book was when Emma's husband almost found them, and then the climax
My favorite character was Preston. He had a lot of presence and the author did a great job with his character development.
No, it wasn't and that was okay.
I liked the way the author transitioned between the characters' realities.
The most memorable part is how one of the main characters begins to stalk her prey.
Yes, I've listened to other books that were narrated by Shari Peele and will continue to do so in the future.
"How to Create the Perfect Affair"
Very good author! Lutishia Lovely does it again. Looking forward to book 2 in this series.
I might because it was well narrated and the script was good.
Actually, my favorite character was Emily.
Great narration and transitions between characters.
Never Say Never is a good title for the film version.
This author is one of the best writers!
The most enjoyable experience of listening to Marseille 3 is the growth and dignity that Liberty displayed throughout the book.
I think Kwan's book "Animal" and De'Nesha Diamond's books can be compared to Murderville 3 because all of these books have murder, s tdeep, rong-willed and weak subjects, mayhem, drugs as part of their storylines.
Deep, focused, substantive.
Yes, my extreme reaction was that of sadness about the sex & drug trafficking, and using children, ruiniing their lives and chances for the most part.
Liberty maintains her dignity no matter what she goes thru.
Yes, A Piece of Cake is a wonderful read and I would gladly listen to it again.
Cupcake's journey, growth and self-redemption.
Bahni Turpin brought realism to the story.
"A Piece of Cake"
Absolutely one of the best books/read books I've ever read!!
I liked how the character development was continued effectively from the first book to this second book.
Not sure, perhaps to a book written by K'wan or De'Nesha Diamond.
My favorite Liberty, of course.
In Pursuit of Liberty
Hot, hotter, hottest!!
When Jasmine realized that she made a mistake and was fearful about getting caught.
Her voice, as always, has the right inflection and she was great at distinguishing the characters.
The beginning of hot Jasmine
The audio edition of What Love Tastes Like is better than the print version because of the narrator's ability to bring realism to all of the characters and move the book at a nice pace.
I liked the part where the main character and her father realize their love for one another.
Patricia is great as always!!
What Love Tastes Like
I like Zuri Day! This was my first book by her.
I like the audio edition of Street Divas. It moved fast and was well paced. If reading the print, it is possible to sit the book down and not read in between intervals.
I like how realistic Tashara's response was portrayed after her victimization.
There were so many well spoken narrators!
I think Street Divas is the appropriate name for this book.......
The author does a great job with these street fiction books, and it is nice to see her write so well as a romance noveistl under her real name. Google this author!!
Women with vengeance!
Hustlin Divas, Street Divas - both by the same author. All three books was sequenced.
There were many narrators, and each performed well and realistically.
I would take Lucifer out to dinner. While she has angst, she is honest with herself about her feelings. Lucifer has heart; she is ready to defend herself and against the wrongs in life, even when she knows better about what is right and wrong.
Great trilogy! I am looking forward to the 4th book!!
