I loved the wit of the Nick. The author did a great job of helping me look into the mind of a teenage boy or what I imagined it to be like. I laughed out loud so many times while listening.
Yes, although that would be hard to do.
Something different. It's interesting to know how strongly our habits affect our daily lives.
and kept it. The story was good right away. Dragged on a bit towards the end but overall a great story. I also really liked the narrator.
Yes, if you like horror you'll like this book. There's something for everyone I like anything that takes a closer look at how we behave when things go wrong.
I found this after reading about the making of the movie. (the book was so much better) Smith did a great job of getting me to care about the characters even though they could be very unlikable. I kept squirming and scratching throughout the book.
I loved his matter of fact tone
Huge fan of zombies and this book is easily one of my favorites. I have listened to this book several times. It never gets old. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys zombie literature ;)
yes, although it's probably not for everyone.
I really liked this book. Im a big fan of post apocalyptic, end of the world stuff and this book didn't disappoint. I liked how the book took you into the future and talked about the problems that could be faced for those starting over in a believable way. I look forward to the follow up.
Chivalrous, cool, and witty!
I've really enjoyed all the books in this series. Raylan is by far one of the coolest marshalls since Wyatt Earp. Im a huge fan of the tv show and have loved exploring the character from the authors perspective. I do wish they had just stuck with one narrator though.
No, I am southern and find that narrators as well as actors over do it
I really enjoyed this book (aside from the narrators awful accent) The story moved well and was a quick and easy listen.
No, normally I love a series because I don't want my books to end but this one left me wanting more.
I went into this really hoping to like it. The friend who recommended it said it was her favorite all time book. After reading the premise I thought I would love it. It sounded right up my alley but something was missing. I can't put my finger on what exactly but normally I can't put my player down because I want to know what happens next and with this story I didn't care. Maybe I don't like it because I didn't believe she really would have fit in as well as the book portrays.
I wasn't a fan. I thought her voice sounded much older than the characters 27 years.
Yes, I don't want to give anything away but even when I wasn't listening I was thinking about the book.
Im picky with my narrators and I thought both did a great job.
