As somrone who served on a couple of the boats in this book. I was able to connect.
the author really knows subs. the narrator actually pronounced "submariner" correctly
Lee Child killed Reacher…for me , at least.
I’ve read or heard all the Reacher books and always pictured him as a 6’5” strong, quiet guy.(like Jim Caviezel)
This is the first Reacher story after the “movie”, and now I see Reacher as a 5’7” wimp hopping on someone’s couch.
Goodbye, Reacher, R.I.P.
story was good but narrator puts me to sleep
boring gay dreary
I will not listen to any more booke with this narrator
As a 20 year submariner, this really was a bummer. someone with no knowledge of subs might enjoy it
just wrong accent
all scenes aboard the Sub. The writer knows nothing about subs. We don't use the term :Torp:. No C.O would ever refer to the Chief of the Boat as "Mister". Everything aboutv the sub was wrong.
