The sorcerer Alder fears sleep. He dreams of the land of death, of his wife who died young and longs to return to him so much that she kissed him across the low stone wall that separates our world from the Dry Land, where the grass is withered, the stars never move, and lovers pass without knowing each other. The dead are pulling Alder to them at night. Through him they may free themselves and invade Earthsea.

Wonderful journey that Alder has to take. His wife died and now he dreams of the dead trying to break free. His wife kisses him from beyond death and the dead wants to cross over into Earthsea. Now Alder must find someone to help him with his dreams before he ends up doing some terrible thing. This leads him to King Arren and their quest to make everything right between the living and the dead. I enjoyed the plot twist, you never know what is really going on.

What made the experience of listening to The Dragon's Path the most enjoyable?

The pacing in the beginning was static and little hard to follow. Voice actor was great. However once the story got on its way was when the story became quite enjoyable.

Arthur Edward Waite was a profound student of the occult. He was a member of the Order of The Golden Dawn, and made the Tarot accessible to the modern day reader. This classic text for the Rider- Waite deck discusses:-The major and minor arcana.-What each card means.-Reversed card meanings.-How to do a basic reading. The Pictorial Key to The Tarot is ideal for use with the Rider- Waite Deck and the Universal Waite Tarot Deck.

    Overall

This book is very detailed. If you are not a detailed person, do not get this book. I enjoyed how Arthur Waite goes through the history of the tarot cards and including its myths and legends as well.

It is amazing the how the tarot card's pictures developed over the years. If you are wanting a better understanding of the tarot card's and the meaning of each this is a great book.
Alec Sand did an excellent job with narration.

"Bad Delivery- Poor Content- Waste of Money"
    Overall

Overall content is wandering about the subject matter and hard to follow. Quality of the recording is very poor. Narrator, Helena is quite obnoxious to listen to. Overall content is poor and subject matter is lacking and the delivery is even yet horrible. To make the book even worse is the atrocious and quite disgusting music that is added in parts of the book, such as in the beginning. All in all, this book is a NIGHTMARE & Waste of time & Good Money!

Please do not waste your time or money!

For a thousand years the ash fell and no flowers bloomed. For a thousand years the Skaa slaved in misery and lived in fear. For a thousand years the Lord Ruler, the "Sliver of Infinity," reigned with absolute power and ultimate terror, divinely invincible. Then, when hope was so long lost that not even its memory remained, a terribly scarred, heart-broken half-Skaa rediscovered it in the depths of the Lord Ruler's most hellish prison.

Aaron Brown says: "Unique Magic system, good plot twists."

Many different factions in this story. Author did a good job with creating the stories within the story, such as the half-sin hellish pits to the packman, terrace man and even the mistborn. Their were areas that had repeats in the audio but overall the book was fun.
