I enjoyed the directness and frailty of Brynne and Ethan's characters and the extended family relationships.
Loved the references to the lion fish and the horror of the Afghanistan experience.
I loved Ethan's playful streak with wee Zara, after a lot of sex, it was refreshing.
Yes, I needed to know how the story was going to finish.
I thought that Grace Grant and Shane East were fantastic narrators. It was nice to hear a rich Alpha male voice. Bring on more true male voices !
Don't like the cultural narration - found it irritating.
I have tried to return it and find I can not. Very disappointed in Audible as I have purchased a lot of books from you. Very weary now.
I was unused to the South African accent and found it difficult to understand at times
Maybe as a reader.
Interesting details about band life, hot romance and satisfying ending.
Really liked Gage's character and quiet sexy manner. Montana was a hoot!
Goodly amount of many emotions
Though the narrators were very good. Especially the rich tenor of Christians alpha voice
Passionate, humourous, entertaining.
Depth of emotion and passion ? - Crossfire & Fifty (without the kinky stuff) series.
Lots of them. I thought the swear jar was hilarious in both Tangled and Twisted. I also loved the family meal conversations; Drew's relationship with McKenzie; Dolores character was brilliant etc
I just loved the Character of Drew. And even more so with Sebastian York as narrator. But then I look for books Sebastian narrates.
Emma - the books were a great read. Passion, romance, humour - an unbeatable combination. More please.
Absorbing, emotional, interesting,
After the build up - the emotional end without doubt - then to be CONTINUED, really !
Some of the men's voices sounded the same.
I looked forward to hearing Brady's speech at the outcome of the primary election, wondering want the future would hold for Liz. In the end I felt she had been emotionally abused by the relationship.
Gives readers a behind the scenes look into the worlds of journalism and politics.
I would recommend readers wait until the second book is out before they read book 1. It really is frustrating to be left hanging. If the second book isn't out until August 2014, I will lose the thread, some of the details and the fantastic build up to the end of book 1.
I love this book and its follow up "Love Unrehearsed". I've read them both twice now. There are very few books that have gripped me to that extent. The characters are real with good and bad traits, human. Ryan is so romantic, loyal (considering his profession) and hot, and the perfect partner for Taryn. She's hot and smart, to boot. The romance in the book is hot but not too explicit !
"Bared to You" series, by Sylvia Day
I think Books 1 and 2 would make a great film. Tagline - endurance under fire
Yes, but frustrating that the other vols are unavailable audibly when you can get them in hard copy !! Which because I love the story! I will probably do.
I really like Alex, and the way the classy way he operates.
Not sure about the voice
Jennifer, a bit of a know all character. Lives in her head but maybe that will change ?
Slightly unusual story, different. Vineyards and trip to New Zealand believeable.
Probably not because of Aussie accent.
The Aussie accents just didn't cut it- sorry. Their accents are very distinctive! Just listen to Hugh Jackman, or Russell Crowe.
Yes, brought the next volume straight away.
