I try not to compare books in contents but if you pick any of the books read by Rosalyn Landon you can't go wrong
Cam Rohan. I fell in love with this character during the reading of the Wallflower series.
I read the some of previous comments on this book which really weren't good, but I still got it and I was not disappointed with it. If you hear or read the whole series it makes more sense than if you just get one of the books. I love the way Rosalyn Landon gives every character a unique personality and some how she carries it through the entire series. I would recommend this book to my friends because it's funny and also romantic without being sappy. Lisa Kleypas is one of my favorite romance writers.
Tony Danza is a great story teller. As the parent of teacher I think I was able to relate to his stories of the life as a teacher. Just as Tony says teaching is a very hard and unappreciated job. You are either borned to teach or you just quit at the first chance you get> I don't think there are any teachers working for the money and job security but for the love of what they do.
Tony Danza, the teacher. He gives us a very candid and detailed story about his experiences in the classroom.
I wish I could have been able to finish it in one sitting but could not. I sent a copy to my daughter because I think every teacher should have the opportunity to hear it. I also think the all of us as ex-student should mirror Tony's sentiments when he said at the end " I would like to apologize to every teacher I ever had."
In my opinion every student teacher should have the opportunity to read or listen to this book before entering a classroom
I'm not sure. It just wasn't as entertaining as the first one. The characters weren't as vivid as the ones from the first book. Maybe if it was read by the same person as the first in the series it would be more comparable.
If you like Julie Garwood I guess you might enjoy this book. I would not recommend it to someone who has never read one of her other books. She is a good writer and I would not have someone judge all of her material by this one
No I don't think this one should have been a follow up for the Bride either.
I would recommend it to a friend. I enjoyed it a lot. The story was a little different from the other 2. It kept the characters in what I thought was their original personalities.
I guess it compares some what with the first book in the Wallflower series just because of the fact the characters want to be loved but are afraid to give all the have because of fear of rejection and their love being unrequited love.
When they were in the most compromising situation. I laughed so hard. Their reactions were priceless. Can't say more or I'll ruin it for the other readers.
I left this book for last because Jeannette was my least favorite character in book one. I could not stand her and her uppity attitude. She was such a snob. But after finishing it I wish I would have listened to them in order. The third book took a little of the fun and shock out of this last book. But all in all the series is pretty good.
The characters were well developed
The ending, it was very romantic
She's a great performer. She develops them all and you feel like you are there as things happen, but if I had to pick I would say Rohan is my favorite in all five books in the series
It evoked both emotions in me depending on the part of the story
You must read them all and the order does not matter.
The reader brought the story to life
Can't compare it to any other book I've heard as of yet.
Laughed out loud! Had my son wondering what was so funny. This is a very funny and enjoyable book. It's my first from this author, bought it on impulse and I know I'll listen to it over and over again.
When Bob realizes he can be seen by Emily and Stephanie
The life he brings to each of the characters is amazing. He gives every one of them a distinct personality and such feeling that would not come from just reading the book.
I would have a hard time picking between Emily, Bob and Stephanie. They were so much fun to follow.
The story, the narration, everything was good.
The ending. You keep trying to guess what really happened and then at the end, Whoa!
It was hard to put down but it's to long to finish in one sitting
The whole book was great. The characters were well defined and the story drew you into it. Hard to put down
Well worth the credit and the time spent on it.
The characters are well developed and the reader really makes them come to life.
Yes and I would recommend her. She is a great performer that puts a lot of effort into making the book truly come to life
This book has made me laugh more than once. I have heard it many times and every time I listen to it again I find something new and exciting
Even though its a love story the secondary story keeps you on the edge and has an unexpected ending
