"a good first Dalai Lama for a brain washed Chinese"
I've been told that Dalai Lama is the evil dictator of Tibet for years in school before I got to know how to circumvent the Chinese government's internet censorship.
This is the first book written by Dalai Lama that I've read. It contains many inspiring thoughts and provoking ideas far exceed a taught atheist's opinion about a religious leader. And the narrator's English is quiet understandable for a non-native English speaker. I think that's also because the book is written in simple and concise English words.
I really learned a lot from the thoughts in this book. Recommended for anyone who cares about their mental development.
