He was a mighty Scottish warrior who lived in a world bound by ancient laws and timeless magic. But no immortal powers could prepare the laird of Castle Brodie for the lovely accursed lass who stood before him. A terrible trick of fate had sent her 700 years back in time and into his private chamber to tempt him with her beauty.

    E. Anderson says: "Fabulous!!"

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Phil Gigante as the narrator is Awesome!! Scottish brogue is fantastic. He sounds like Sean Connery. The story will keep you enthrralled from beginning to end.

What other book might you compare The Highlander's Touch to and why?

The entire Highlander series by Karen Marie Moning is brilliant!

Which character – as performed by Phil Gigante – was your favorite?

The Lead character Circian Brody and Duncan are fantastic!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Circian told Lisa to "Take"...goose bumps!

    Any additional comments?

Just take and enjoy the book!

Where does Born of Night rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I could not wait to listen to this book again, it was so hard to be away from the story line.
The narrator is the same from the Night Huntress series so it took awhile to get used to hearing Bones voice as another character in this book. But the story line was so enthralling and it brought me to tears many times.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Born of Night?

When Nykerian and Syn are speaking in the hanger about Keriyn. Nyk says she is worth the risk of his heart.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It was hard to listen to the tortured life of Nykerian but the storyline makes you understand how he became the man he is today.
