Author and award winning filmmaker Richard Martini explores startling new evidence for life after death, via the "life between lives," where we reportedly return to find our loved ones, soul mates and spiritual teachers. Based on the evidence of thousands of people who claim that under deep hypnosis, they saw and experienced the same basic things about the Afterlife, this audiobook documents interviews with hypnotherapists around the world trained in the method.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this book to friends. The stories are interesting and give a person hope for what awaits all of us.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I could listen to this book all in one sitting. Richard Martini is an excellent story teller. Very natural style that I enjoy. Listening to his book is like sitting with a good friend and listening to him tell you stories. Well done.

    Any additional comments?

My only complaint concerning this book is the production of it. The "popping of the P's", the thumping of the microphone, the change in sound from one chapter to another. For instance I was listening to a later chapter yesterday on the way home from NC. One chapter sounded like it was recorded in a large cave. I really like Mr. Martini's natural style of delivery but the noise from popping P's to hitting the mic and making a thumping noise is distracting.

Read the astonishing true story of a young boy's gruesome head-crushing injury, his three visits to Heaven, and his supernatural healing...and your life may change forever. Run over by a car at agefive, Billy Anderson died three times prior to emergency surgery and was left in a vegetative coma after large portions of his damaged brain were removed. Though his doctors did not expect him to survive, God had other plans - supernaturally healing Billy only six days after his skull-shattering accident.

Expert Book Reviews presents a comprehensive review, analysis and plot summary of Khaled Hosseini's novel And the Mountains Echoed. This is an epic tale set in the mold of Doctor Zhivago, in which the lives of the characters are determined, often tragically, by great historical circumstances and events that they are powerless to control. Khaled Hosseini's story tells of a little Afghan girl's unlikely journey with her family. And the Mountains Echoed is a love story of a different kind. Pari, as she is named, is loved by her older brother beyond words.

From 1962 until 1992, Johnny Carson hosted The Tonight Show and permeated the American consciousness. In the ’70s and ’80s he was the country’s highest-paid entertainer and its most enigmatic. He was notoriously inscrutable, as mercurial (and sometimes cruel) off-camera as he was charming and hilarious onstage. During the apex of his reign, Carson’s longtime lawyer and best friend was Henry Bushkin, who now shows us Johnny Carson with a breathtaking clarity and depth that nobody else could.

On April 28, 2006, as he lay in his hospital bed in Ann Arbor, Michigan, visions of celestial beauty were the last thing on Marv Besteman's mind. He had just had surgery to remove a rare pancreatic tumor. It was after visiting hours and his family had left for the day. Alone and racked with pain, Marv tossed and turned, wanting more than anything else to simply sleep and escape the misery and discomfort for a while. The retired banker, father, and grandfather had no idea he was about to get a short reprieve....

What disappointed you about My Journey to Heaven?

I don't like the reading style of the narrator for this type of book. The author is dutch but the narrator sounds like he is reading a western.

What was most disappointing about Marvin J. Besteman and Lorilee Craker ’s story?

The author claims not to be a writer but the book is very wordy and doesn't fit the his claim of not being a writer. I find that part unbelievable.

What didn’t you like about Maurice England’s performance?

I had the feeling I was listening to a western novel. The performance didn't fit the book.

    Any additional comments?

    I'd like a refund.

Would you listen to Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui again? Why?

Yes. I have the hard copy, a copy on Kindle and I now have the audio book. I highly recommend this book to anyone that has clutter to clear. Read it and you'll see what I mean. Ms. Kingston inspires you to grab the trash bags and start clearing. I read it in one sitting the first time and headed upstairs and tossed four bags of clutter from my computer room that afternoon.

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

Ms. Kingston explains why we hang onto junk.

Have you listened to any of Karen Kingston’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the only performance I have listened to so far.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I read it for the first time in one sitting.

    Any additional comments?

This is the best book I've found on clearing clutter. It's the only one you'll need.

It’s amateur hour at the White House. So says New York Times best-selling author Edward Klein in his political exposé The Amateur. Tapping into the public’s growing sentiment that President Obama is in over his head, The Amateur argues that Obama’s toxic combination of incompetence and arrogance has run our nation and his presidency off the rails.

What made the experience of listening to The Amateur the most enjoyable?

I thought John McLain did an excellent job of reading and relating the story.

What did you like best about this story?

I have never been a fan of Obama and have always had a feeling in my gut that he is a weasel. I don't trust him and I worry about the country being in his hands. This book confirmed it for me.

Have you listened to any of John McLain’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is my first listen of John McLain. As I said before, he did an excellent job.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There were so many moments that it's hard to put my finger on just one. I can tell you that I started listening and didn't stop until the book was finished. It's the first audio book I've ever done that with. I couldn't turn it off.

    Any additional comments?

I hope more and more people realize what a jerk they put in office in 2008. He has got to be voted out in November. This country cannot take another four years of Obama and his wife. Please voters, send him packing.

Nationally renowned body language expert Tonya Reiman turns her attention to romance - explaining how to read the signals of your date, your mate, or that cutie across the bar - and never get rejected again! What would have made The Body Language of Dating better?

One or two chapters about cave men and women would have been more than enough.

What could Tonya Reiman have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

She could have given more examples of body language without all the stories about early man. I wanted to learn about current body language and how it relates to dating today.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tonya Reiman?

Anybody but Tonya. I love her Kindle book The Power of Body language and I enjoy watching her on YouTube. I didn't enjoy listening to her read her own book. It sounded like she was READING it.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

I'm disappointed. I'll stick to reading her books on my own. I highly recommend What Every Body Is Saying by Joe Navarro. It's the best audio book on body language I've listened to so far.

    Any additional comments?

I'd like my money back but I know that won't happen. Live and learn.Thank you.
