Seems like a stall. 900 pages with little accomplished. I love the series but it should have ended at 13.
Performance seemed rushed. many mispronunciations and slurred lines
Overall the best of the "killing" books so far
meandering story with poor character development
not robbut I liked all the fool booksin hobb
good narration but tedious writing
about 30% of them
the characters had similar sounding names and since the narrator did not change inflection, it was often hard to determine who was speaking without really paying close attention.
no too long and meandering
Slow, slow, slow. Cut 100 pages off and it could be good. Way too much verbiage and descriptions of seemingly minor items
yes about 75% of the time
double check reviews before another Grisham book
was about 50 pages too long
Yes based on past performance, not this one
Far fewer "sparks" and "calamities"
Not really. Not bad just not great
Seems to be written for an early teen audience
Probably, but I'd read the reviews first.
A better plot. It seemed to be a stretch in all ways
He made the listen much more enjoyable. A real professional
Story was good with elements of the Dark Tower abounding
The narration and / or editing was awful. Mispronunciations of common words and an uneven pace made paying attention difficult. And the hambone laughter! ugh!
yes it completes the series perfectly
Well done. the voice counterpoints and inflections kept the story moving at a brisk pace
Mr. Sanderson should be barred for life from using the words; bloody, bloody ashes and flaming. He totally wore them out!
A synopsis of the other 13 books at the beginning would be a worthy addition
No Book was boring
Use a believable premise for the plot. The attack of the 50 ft woman had more credibility
The French accent was amateurish and painful
All the humans
One should listen to this piece wearing Birkenstocks and wool socks while munching granola.
