If you are a fan of Dan Brown then you won't be disappointed with this volume either. Holds your interest and has good solid info presented in his riveting style.

Everything I always thought and couldn't quite say at polite dinner parties! Brilliant and keeps your interest all the way through. One of the best non fiction I've read.

What can you say?
She's an idiot. He's and idiot. The kids are damaged. The mother is so not responsible for her own actions that she screws up her whole family and the entire book is an extensive exercise in self pity of the highest order, only rivaled perhaps by the Virginia Andrews volumes of the 80's. Well written no doubt but beyond self indulgent.

The only mistake Orwell makes is in being a bit premature with his predictions. A riveting story that could so easily come to be if we are not careful. A must read as is his Animal Farm as well.

Magnificent and clever story. Brilliant writing and so very relevant. Come on sheeple - wake up!
If you have never experienced this book it is worth every minute. Everyone should hear this book at least once.

Some really interesting concepts but didn't flow well for me at all. There were terms in the book that I must have totally missed the references to and often found myself wondering what the hell he was talking about. Perhaps I just couldn't get into it enough but I got all the way through and still didn't really get what the author was leading to.
Had to re-play bits over and over and was still non the wiser. Not worth the effort.

Can't wait to see the film. Of course they are never as good as the book but this time I'll make an exception. At first I was a bit bored with the time taken to set up all the characters in this book but as the story progressed I got hooked - like so many others have. Very interesting leading female character. Not at all a conventional girl. To me she reads like a goth gen Y with aspergers and a good sex drive. Well worth the listen.

Anything read by Joe Barrett automatically makes the book better. This is an insightfull story of one mans personal journey to 'be'. Full of enlightened understand of his own faults and limitations Henderson critics his growth and maturation.
Well written. Would read again from this author.

This book found it's way into my heart. It's caracters are my friends. I will miss this book. It will be in my mind for a long time and it is one of those rare books that you just wish could keep going on and on. Beautifully written and artfully read. It was a joy every time I had a few minutes to listen to it. It would be a shame not to experience this story.
