"Another Great"
Just when I was starting to think I had run out good books to listen to, I disocvered Lee Child.
Though the main character is a bit rough around the edges, that's part of his charm & what makes this book a good one.
Its certainly not for the faint of heart but if you enjoy a twisting plot with some interesting character development then this is well worth the listen.
I am looking forward to the rest of the them.
"Looking forward to the next one"
I liked the 7th Victim enough to give this one & try...and now I am regretting being out of credits so I can't get the third book right away. Yes, the main character is flawed, but aren't we all? I find her to be more enjoyable by not being perfect.
I agree the narrator can be a little flat at times but still the storyline is good.
I found this to be a good listen overall & eagerly await getting the next one.
"A First but not my last"
I decided to take a chance on this book when it was in a sale recently. I was not disappointed & have started reading the Alpha & Omega ones as well.
I usually don't read or listen to these types of books though I have been a huge fan of Jim Butcher's for some time.
Great discovery & I do like the narrator.
Looking forward to the next one.
"Another Coben Great"
I remember reading Coben's "Tell No One" & I was so hooked on it...the same here.
He has the great gift to make random events all come together in a way you just didn't see coming.
All I can say is "WOW" & bring on the next one.
"Found another good one"
I have been listening to books for quite some time so it is nice when you discover a different author to listen to.
Having lived in VA for nearly 15 yrs, I was impressed with the reality of this book.
Great story line that kept you guessing almost to the end.
