Initially it was a little hard to get into and the story did drag out a bit in places but ended up enjoying it. The narration was OK once you got used to it. I liked it and would recommend it

Always enjoy anything from Michael connelley. I have never come across a bad one in all the years I've been listening to his stuff and this one is no different. Well presented and thought out.

Not being a big nora roberts fan, got this one by accident. Normally she writes mushy stuff and this one was unlike her other stuff I've listened to before. It was quite good.

I liked this one from the start of the story and enjoyed it all the way through. A nice simple but entertaining story.

This book started off really weird, so much so that I was going to leave it. I decided to perservere and was pleasantly surprised how the story changed and became more interesting. Although it's not a great book it is a good story if you are into crime stories. I'm glad I kept going with it

I was a little surprised with this one. I was expecting some corny zombie book however it turned out to be quite good. It had a bit of everything mixed in. Even though it's a series you don't have to listen to the next ones as it doesn't leave you on a open ended or cliffhanger, which is always good.

This one kept me interested and there were quite a few action bits in it. The story line went up a few levels on the previous ones. Not keen on the narrator though

I've listened to most in the series and this one has to be the most mundane of them all. If you miss this one you don't miss anything as it was just one of those nothing happening books. I still can't stand the narration in this series

I enjoyed the first book and got the second thinking it should be good as well. It was so boring and kept going over things again and again using the different character. I just couldn't get into it and I don't know how it finished as I couldn't finish the book Not getting the 3rd one now.

This was an okay book. The narrator took a bit of getting used to. There were some good twists and turns which kept you interested. By part 2 it kept you hooked in. It's a pretty good listen

This book was fairly predictable however I still enjoyed it. It reminded me of the Black Dagger brotherhood series but a lot tamer. It will be interesting to see if the author takes the same path, it is looking that way. Even though there are similarities it is still worthwhile listening to.
