After a slow summer of chasing low-level skips for her cousin Vinnie's bail bonds agency, Stephanie Plum finally lands an assignment that could put her checkbook back in the black. Geoffrey Cubbin, facing trial for embezzling millions from Trenton's premier assisted-living facility, has mysteriously vanished from the hospital after an emergency appendectomy. Now it's on Stephanie to track down the con man. Unfortunately, Cubbin has disappeared without a trace, a witness, or his money-hungry wife. Rumors are stirring that he must have had help with the daring escape...or that maybe he never made it out of his room alive.

Where does Notorious Nineteen rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I love this story of stephanie plum. This one kept me guessing what was going to happen next. and I love the way we are left hanging with Ranger wanting a "date". Is marriage in the future or not? I guess I will have to wait for the next book. Can't wait!!!!

What does Lorelei King bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Lorelei does such a great job of keeping the voices of each character separate and continues the voice book after book. there are times when Lorelei is reading that she really does not have to tell you who is talking because you already know. Listening to her I feel sometimes like I am watching a movie not listening to a book.

Laine Tavish is an ordinary woman living an ordinary life in the small town of Angel's Gap, Maryland, as the proprietor of Remember When, an antique treasures and gift shop. At least, that's what everyone in Angel's Gap thinks. They have no idea that she used to be Elaine O'Hara, daughter of the notorious con man Big Jack O'Hara. Or that she grew up moving from place to place, one step ahead of the law.

What made the experience of listening to Remember When (includes 'Big Jack': In Death, Book 17.5) the most enjoyable?

Having both books together gives you the history and then the now one of my favorite books in the death series

Who was your favorite character and why?

Of coarse I love the main charters in the death series but in this book I really liked Max and he reminded me a lot of Roarke

Have you listened to any of Susan Ericksen’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have almost all the death series books and I listen to them every night when I go to bed. I think Susan does a wonderful job of having each of the main charters having their own voice I can tell whether it is Peabody or Dallas and all the guy have different voices as well I think it makes the story more interesting when you can tell who is talking

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes I hated it was so long that I had to wait to finish the whole book could not wait to get back to it after work

    Any additional comments?

I think that this series of books is one of the best I have every listened to and I am always waiting for the next one to come out, I only am missing 3 or 4 of the .5 books and I have the rest. I love the way the story may refer to another books story so you want to know what happens in each book and miss nothing I think I have listened to each book at least 7 times each and they are always exciting and keep me entertained whether it is the first book or the last book I love them all
