I greatly enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The narration was very good. This story is one of the all time classics and is a great listen for those who enjoy these type of stories during the month of October.

This book carries on the saga of Dr. Robert Langon and his adventures in Washington, D.C. The book is a good listen but towards the end there is about one hour of story that doesn't have much bearing on the rest of the book. The performance was outstanding and it was greatly enjoyed.

I listened to this book while working out on my treadmill. It provided an interesting behind the scenes look at the before/during/after the Russian invasion of Afghanistan. The book also provides insight on the Kremlin and the CIA thinking during the occupation. I highly recommend this book to those who enjoy this subject matter.

An all around great listen. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to listen to an excellent story.

Thsi book is an excellent overview of the Spanish flu epidemic of some 90 years ago. With that being said, it is very detailed with a ton of medical jargon. If you would cut out the real down in the weeds medical jargon and other unneeded parts the book would probably be cut down to six or seven hours. The author goes into great detail about the early years of the doctors which is probably not needed for the casual listener. Overall, it is a decent listen.

The Chopin Manuscript is a decent novel with many unexpected twists and turns. It is definately worth the time it to listen to it. With that being said, this book had 15 different authors while each tried to add their own special mark on the final product. It is very easy to miss a key point that is very important later in the book. Also, I noticed that some events such as a character being killed has no bearing on the final story. You are sort of left wondering "why did they do that?"

Overall, I'm glad I purchased and listened to the novel. It's not great but it is good.

Interesting story. Not the best but worth listening too.
