If you enjoy comic novels, read with gusto and heart, this is the book for you.
The narrator is terrific. The characters memorable. A rollicking romp through the fifties and sixties. And as always, King delivers the macabre along with fun.
The narrators were excellent. They paced it right, and really brought the characters to life.
This is a twisted story, and I just kept waiting for the next twist.
Well worth your time.
The narrator made the main character sound like a dimwitted bore, the female character a shallow zero. I may have liked this book had I read it myself, but it just lost its spark with the narration. I was really looking forward to this one -- what a disappointment.
