Dayna Chrissie, the leading Crime Scene Analyst for the LAPD, enjoys nothing more than finding the one clue that can solve a crime. The day she finds a golden medallion on a body that's been dumped at a downtown construction site, she doesn't think much about it. Until that medallion transports her to the magical kingdom of Andeluvia. Dayna discovers that she's been summoned to solve the murder of the realm's king, before war breaks out between Andeluvia and the Centaur Kingdoms.

Would you listen to Centaur of the Crime again? Why?

This was an interesting and fun crime story. I would like to see more along this same line.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Centaur of the Crime?

The way the author blended actual crime scene techniques with fantasy charicters and events was a fun twist.

What about Katrina Carmony’s performance did you like?

She was very articulate, had good timing and voice inflections.

    Any additional comments?

Can't wait to see if the author decides to write more like this one!

Harry Dresden, Chicago's only practicing professional wizard, should be happy that business is pretty good for a change. But he also knows that whenever things are going good, the only way left for them to go is bad. Way bad. Recent examples: A duel with the lethal champion of the Red Court, who must kill Harry to end the war between vampires and wizards...Hit men using Harry for target practice...The missing Shroud of Turin - and the possible involvement of Chicago's most feared mob boss.

What did you love best about Death Masks?

Harry is a great detective that gets better and better.

What other book might you compare Death Masks to and why?

Any of the other dresdin series, also check out the iron druid series very similar details.

What about James Marsters’s performance did you like?

I like that he is consistant with the difference between characters, voice control is superb!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Harry seems to have an uncanny ability to absorb damage and still come out swinging.

    Any additional comments?

The only down side is the time paradox, the author goes into extreme detail about things that are happening in the time of a fraction of a second. It seems to lack beliveability during these sections and becomes frustrating.
