"This should be read by everyone!"
This book will help you stop and reevaluate things. Too caught up in the struggles of modern life? Thoreau's Walden is a must read.
"Top Diet companion book by far"
The book itself is really good and useful.
A bit tedious to listen to all in one sitting. I really wish they had broken out the chapters naturally instead of the large generic 4 chunk chapters. Since this book is suppose to be listened to over 41+ days, it would help greatly. As a result, I had to listen to the book, breaking out chapters by bookmarks. Not pleasant.
"Good, fun read"
The story sucks, but the concept is great. Fun and puts together a lot of information in an understandable way.
"Best book ever"
Definitely. I really enjoyed this book and it really helped me to reevaluate how i look at my life.
"Love this book"
Great as far as entertainment. Really transports you.
Great story. Really pulls you into it.
"Excellent Read"
Yes, if interested in the subject of philosophy. Helped me to explore different thoughts in a concise way, and encouraged me to learn more.
Very informative.
"Some good/ some bad."
Nah, too religious for me.
I took a few solid nuggets from it. Worth a read. I wish I could have skipped some of the overly religious stuff though.
"Worth a read."
Was looking for exercise motivation. It definitely provided me with that. I really wish the chapters were divided up by the real chapters (so i could skip the pregnancy chapter). Instead, Audible broke it up randomly. Other than that, worth the listen.
"Good information, but take with a grain of salt."
Good to know, but you should read around about some of the research he uses to make some of his conclusions.
"Good information - a little dry"
I liked the book, but I may not be the intended audience. I struggled to get through it. Very dry.
