What didn’t you like about Angela Dawe’s performance?

the narrator had a sing-songy voice that gets on your nerves after a while. I think the book would have been better served by a male narrator who could pull off a deep sexy male voice. (and not sound like a woman with a head cold trying to do a male voice)

Loved the book, but for the audiobook.... could they do a 2 narrator book next time?Tavia Gilbert's Vlad is like a bad Bela Lugosi. Maybe somebody with a deep European accented voice?? (like the guy who does the Kresley Cole books-Robert Petkoff is excellent)

Would you listen to The Warlord Wants Forever again? Why?

Whoever decided that the male & female narrators should take turns doing chapters (rather than reading the male & female parts) should be fired!!!! Geez, Although I loved the male narrator (who also did the Myst character well) the female narrator did an awful job at narration. I wanted to set my iPod on SLOW so that I could catch all she was saying she talked so fast. And she definitely did not have the voice to pull off the role of Nickoli. After I listened to the book the first time... I just played it again - skipping the chapters she read. Much more enjoyable.
