If you're expecting this to be a substitute for an MBA course, you'll be disappointed, and rightly so. I have read all the books by Jim Collins, and as an entrepreneur his offerings never fail to give me many great insights and new thinking in how to build and run my enterprises effectively and successfully. Highly recommended.
Like "The Four Hour Workweek" and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" before it "The Lean Startup" has significantly changed how I regard my business design, both current and future. Possible the best return on investment I have seen in a while.
It was helpful to pick up a few techniques from listening to the 26 steps, I actually went though the audio book twice.
No, annoying voice.
