This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. Good God I should have just waited a few hours and gotten the book when it came out. I can here the sample just fine but that only serves to make me more angry. I'm not an unreasonable guy I understand there are always problems with a new idea but to not run it through some manner of test run was probably short sighted.
Trying to get an email through about this problem is next to useless. All you get is a bunch of boiler plate stuff about being sure to change your formatting. Super annoying its like they were talking to a six year old who just learned how to work a computer.
Call the customer service line and at least get on record. They were about as helpful as the emails but at least it was another human being on the other end of the phone. Maybe if we all make a loud enough noise the guys who ordered the book pre-order will get a chance to listen to it.
