seems simple, but in reality few mentor correctly. This book tells stories of mentoring. You can add your own twists. It is not important how you do it, but take the initiative to be a mentor.
I always enjoy Michael Lewis. This time was no exception. However, this book is an entertaining story of gross generalizations. The way in which the story is told and read was great fun. Anectdotal storys and, to my experience, the author putting a lot of catchy phrases in people's mouths, makes this story feel more fiction than non-fiction. If you are looking for an in depth study, stay away from this one. If you are looking for some pulp fiction, this is a good one.
This audio is from a presentaion that Dr. Dyer was making on the power of intention. The presentation is good, and the audio is good. The material is something that, in order for it to work, you really have to buy into. It is good material, but not original material. Many people have talked on this topic before. He even sites examples of other people's work. His strength is that he presents it in a compelling manner. A good listen, and for those that need it, and buy in, it could be life changer.
